A traffic stop on Tuesday for an expired registration ends up with the driver arrested on felony charges. Police say they pulled over Thomas Leonard of Hancock for the expired registration and what appeared to be a falsified inspection sticker. A search of Leonard resulted in the discovery of unspecified drugs. Leonard was taken into custody for felony Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and felony Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument charges with bail set at $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.
