Fourth Bid Submitted for Otego Elementary School Building

A fourth bid is submitted to the Unatego School board for the purchase of the Otego Elementary School building. Initially three bids were received with one from the Kildonan School in Amenia and two others from companies looking to convert the building to senior housing. On Monday the district announced the fourth bid proposing a indoor agricultural business with a training center had been sent in time but wasn’t located due to a computer error. On July 30 the board will hold a public hearing on the sale.
