Does Anybody Remember the Windmill Restaurant in Oneonta?

Judging from the cars, I would say this old postcard is from the 1930s.  What a cool looking place.  You catually went inside to eat at a counter.  It was called "Ye Olde Dutch Mill."

I am trying to figure out exactly where this once stood.  From the description on the postcard, I would say it was right around where the Red Carpet Inn/My Father's Place Bar is.

I think this is very neat.  Does anybody remember this place?  When did it close?
