Cuomo Orders Flags to Half-Staff in Honor of Navy Yard Victims

Governor Andrew Cuomo has ordered that all flags on state government buildings be flown at half-staff today in honor of the victims of the Washington Navy Yard shootings which have now totaled 13 lives.

The governor has sent his deepest sympathy for the families of the victims on behalf of all New Yorkers.
