Oneonta Common Council Approves Homeowner Tax Breaks
The city of Oneonta Common Council on Tuesday unanimously approved a series of tax breaks designed to increase the level of owner-occupied residences in the city.
The Council last night also gave the OK to a 90-day study of deactivating the traffic signal at Center and Church streets.
During this 3-month study, the light will be set to blink red, and all-way stop signs will be installed. Voting against this proposal were alderman Michael Lynch and David Rissberger.
