Community Banks Garners 3 “Best Banking Honors”

Community Bank N.A. took honors in three categories in the latest MSR Best in Retail Banking Awards. Of the 23 banks in the Northeast region, Community Bank received top honors in the Ease of Doing Business and Trust categories. Community Bank was also awarded the silver category for the Net Advocacy Rating, an MSR proprietary metric that spotlights banks for ease of doing business and for consistently delivering a problem-free customer experience. The MSR Group is a full-service market research firm specializing in customer experience measurement and improvement in the retail banking sector. The firm conducts a national study of retail banking consumers on an annual basis to gain a comprehensive understanding of the interactions between consumers and their bank.
