On Tuesday, Chenango County Health Department stated on their facebook page that they had received more doses of the COVID-19 vaccine. Officials say the 300 new doses are allocated for those eligible in Phase 1A and 1B of the state's vaccine distribution. For those who are currently eligible and want to get on the county's wait list, send an email with your name, date of birth, address, phone number and eligibility criteria to COVID19@co.chenango.ny.us.

According to a press release from Delaware County Public Health, the county has been allocated 100 doses Of the COVID 19 Vaccine this week, all are allocated for 1B essential workers. Employers in Delaware County seeking COVID-19 vaccinations for their staff that are listed in Phase 1B can email their contact information to dcph@co.delaware.ny.us. For those 65+, there are local pharmacies that received the vaccine for distribution. Health officials suggest calling your local pharmacy to see when they will be receiving vaccine.  Walgreens in Sidney, Delhi, and Stamford have limited vaccine available. Visit www.walgreens.com/findcare/vaccination/covid-19?ban=covid_vaccine_landing_schedule to schedule an appointment. There may or may not be any available.

The Otsego County Department of Health reported yesterday (2/10) that there were 15 new confirmed cases with 12 people currently hospitalized with complications from the virus.  There are currently 109 known active cases in the county with a total now of 45 COVID-19 related deaths after two new ones yesterday. The Health Dept. has a COVID-19 dashboard with daily updates for the latest information.

Delaware County Health officials have an update from yesterday (2/10), reporting 17 new cases yesterday. There are 105 active and there are 22 people hospitalized. The total number of deaths related to coronavirus complications is at 39. Go to delawarecountypublichealth.com/covid-19/#Dash to access the Delaware County Public Health COVID-19 dashboard.

In Chenango County, the health department reported new COVID-19 stats for 2/10 on their facebook page. At that time, the health department was reporting 110 active cases, 25 hospitalizations related to the virus, and the total number of deaths related to COVID-19 complications are currently at 48.
