Can You Identify This Legendary “Pixilated Pixie?”

This famous celebrity comes from a mix of Irish/Cherokee heritage.  Born in the depths of the Great Depression, this entertainer went on to scale the highest reaches of fame and influence.  He made movies, made records, traveled around the world several times, and has won every major award offered (including the Kennedy Center Honors).  He is also no stranger to the inside of a jail cell!
