US News and World Report has called Buffalo's Annual Cherry Blossom Festival as one of America's Top Ten to visit.  Thousands descend on the city at the end of the month of April to visit this festival in Buffalo's beautiful and historic Delaware Park to enjoy a weekend of family fun and Japanese culture amid the splendor of the park's six acre Japanese Garden.  While many New Yorkers will visit this annual festival, since it is close to the border, many Canadians will also "cross over" to enjoy the beauty and history of this special place.  There is a full lineup of live entertainment, Japanese culture demonstrations, food and kid's activities, vendors, music, and tours.  One of the most popular activities during the festival is to take a "pink boat" ride across the park's Mirror Lake.  Rides on these unique Japanese pink boats offers a visitor a unique opportunity to enjoy the spectacular view ...from the water!

This gallery highlights some of the events of the weekend, and some wonderful photos of the gorgeous cherry blossom trees in full bloom.  The final panel in our gallery (KNOW BEFORE YOU GO) can give you all the the details including dates, location, and a website link for all other details.
