BREAKING: Osterhoudt Wins in Oneonta by Single Vote!

ONEONTA – The suspense is over with. The final ballot was opened this morning and the vote was for Democrat Michelle Osterhoudt which gives her the 4^th Ward city of Oneonta Common Council seat 93-92, over independent Jeff Back.
