Theodore Roosevelt Johnson, 70, of Binghamton was arrested on a federal warrant last week for narcotics conspiracy.

Roosevelt's vehicle was seized and he was turned over to the Drug Enforcement Agency for arraignment in federal court in New York City. The arrest was in connection with a large scale investigation involving an unsealed indictment in Manhattan Federal Court in which 24 people were arrested for their part in an alleged drug trafficking ring.

Johnson was arrested on February 4th by members of the New York, New Jersey, and Binghamton US Marshalls Fugitive Task Force, investigators from State Police Troop C, and the Binghamton Police Department.
