NY Assembly Passes Medical Marijuana Bill

After looking at the issue of medical marijuana from all aspects, the New York State Assembly and Governor Cuomo reached an agreement Thursday on this issue.

Governor Cuomo says the bill virtually eliminates any risk to the public health by several fail safe mechanisms:
