Singer Nancy Wilson has been part of our musical landscape seemingly forever.  This year she marks a full half-century since she blazed up the charts with her 1964 hit "How Glad I Am"  Young people of the Beatles-era had never heard such a smokey, sexy sultry sound come out of the jukebox..and we loved it.  The song sold a million copies.

Wilson went on to have a recording career almost unrivaled in the business. She is still active on the concert tour today and made her most recent album in 2007.  Naturally, it won a Grammy Award.
