Baby Boomer Alert: Happy Birthday to the Easy-Bake Oven (VIDEO)

The Easy-Bake Oven was "born" this week in 1963.

Cooking with a single light bulb made every little girl in America a happy homemaker.  It is hard to imagine that this simple toy was the biggest thing at Christmas time for many years.  Especially in this advanced, sophisticated computer savvy world we live in.

Did you have an Easy Bake Oven?  I sure didn't but I think each of my 5 sisters did!
