Baby Boomer Alert: Do You Remember Noma Bubbling Christmas Tree Lights? (VIDEO)

My mother bought these at Kent's Department Store in Sidney, NY in the 1950s.  They graced our Christmas tree every year until the final one was broken by an errant basketball being played in the house.

Do they still make these things?  I know they make LED electronic digital ones, but how about these old ones that got REALLY REALLY HOT?

Kids today will have no idea what these are...but Baby Boomers will certainly know!
