Authorities Find a Prom Dress Lying Along a Road in Solon

Cortland County Sheriff’s officials are working on a rather strange found property case.

Authorities say an officer found a black prom dress with black sequins by designer David Rose and other items of clothing along Harris Hill Road near Bell Road in the Town of Solon shortly after 8 a.m. Monday.
