A Day in the Life of Oneonta, but…WHO IS THIS KID??? (VIDEO)

Check it out.,  It is perfectly charming.  A little kid, maybe twelve years old, takes us on a tour of downtown Oneonta.  We follow him as he goes in and out of various downtown businesses and guess what?  Everybody seems to know him!
