The former owners of the Diamond Dreams at Cooperstown ball park in the town of Warren are in trouble again.

Otsego County deputies arrested Jerry Arsenault, 57, and Camille Arsenault, 58, on felony fraud charges, accusing the duo of writing a bad $20,000 check for a sports bleacher set delivered to the park in 2010.

Since then, investigators have found other transactions where suppliers and businesses may have been scammed.

The Arsenaults, who now live in the Syracuse area, will appear in court today to answer for charges of scheming to defraud and larceny.

The Diamond Dreams at Cooperstown baseball camp is now owned by an Albany company and is waiting for all its permits and inspections so it can re-open.
