Woman Arrested By Delaware County Sheriffs For Child Neglect

On Wednesday, February 12, 2020 Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies, with assistance of Ulster County Sheriff’s Deputies, arrested 28 year-old Christina M. Vitale, of Arkville, New York, on an Arrest Warrant issued by Delaware County Family Court in a pending child neglect proceeding.

Vitale was arrested at the Ulster County Correctional Facility by Ulster County Deputies upon her release from that facility and was later turned over to Delaware County Sheriff's Deputies. Vitale was arraigned in the Hamden Town Court and remanded to the Delaware County Correctional Facility without bail pending her appearance in Delaware County Family Court.
