With so many of the rock era's early influences fading away, how come Connie Francis hasn't been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame?

Her list of stats is epic.  Connie was the first female rock and roll superstar, and her fame spread around the world.  Connie was named the #1 Female Vocalist in the United Kingdom for six years in a row.  She was even the answer to a Final Jeopardy question once:  "She was the most successful female singer of the rock era".  Connie sold over 100,000,000 records including such classics as "Stupid Cupid," "Lipstick on Your Collar," "Among My Souvenirs," "Where the Boys Are,"  "I'll Follow the Boys," and "Who's Sorry Now."

She was a favorite of Dick Clark in the old Bandstand days.  And..she is still performing 25-35 concerts a year.  She is now 80 years.

How about it Rock and Roll Hall of Fame?
