Walton Man Arrested on Sexual Abuse Charges

The Delaware County Sheriff's Office have arrested a Walton man on a charge of aggravated sexual abuse, a felony.

Ralph Fuller, 44, was arrested over the weekend on a warrant issued by Judge Arndt of the Franklin Town Court.

Fuller was arraigned and remanded to the Delaware County Jail to await future court action.
