Tenney/Brindisi Congressional Race Nears Conclusion

We may know by tomorrow who wins the 22nd District Congressional seat – a contest that has been tied up in legal matters since Election Day. Last Friday a State Supreme Court judge ruled on the admissibility of ballots from Oneida County from voters whose registration hadn’t been processed in time for voting. Challenger Claudia Tenney’s campaign announced she now has a 122-vote lead over incumbent Anthony Brindisi.
