Winter Snow Blow Coming Monday Into Tuesday, 6-12″

The National Weather Service in Binghamton ha issued a Winter Weather Advisory for a snow event coming this week.  From Monday morning into Tuesday night we can expect to see up to a foot of snow.

Including the cities of Watkins Glen, Ithaca, Cortland, Norwich,
Oneonta, Delhi, and Walton

...WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY MORNING
THROUGH TUESDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations of 6 to 12
  inches possible.

* WHERE...Delaware, Otsego, Chenango, Cortland, Tompkins and
  Schuyler counties.

* WHEN...From Monday morning through Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...This will be a long duration event. A few
  inches of lighter snow are expected tonight through day time
  Monday. Then for Monday night into Tuesday morning, additional
  snow is expected which may be heavy at times with rates of an
  inch or so per hour at times, along with areas of blowing snow.
