The store where a Conklin teenager purchased a gun used to kill shoppers at a Buffalo supermarket reportedly is being sued by the loved ones of some of those who died in the attack.

A grand jury has indicted 18-year-old Payton Gendron in connection with what police have said was a racially-motivated shooting spree in Buffalo that left ten people dead.

Broome County's district attorney believes state police and school officials acted appropriately in responding to Payton Gendron's potentially-threatening remarks last June.

Representatives of the Susquehanna Valley School District and SUNY Broome Community College won't answer questions about Payton Gendron, a former student accused in a racially-motivated killing spree in Buffalo.
