Muna Ndulo will be the first speaker in the fifth annual Ralph R. Watkins African Studies Lecture Series at SUNY Oneonta. Ndulo will present “Challenges of Peace Keeping: African Solutions to African Problems” at 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 20, in the Alden Room of the college’s Milne Library.

Admission is free, and members of the community are invited attend.

Ndulo is an internationally-recognized scholar, professor of law at cornell law school and director of cornell university’s institute for african development. He is the author of 14 books and has published more than 80 articles in academic journals.
