SUNY Oneonta Holding Self-Care Event

SUNY Oneonta’s Gender and Sexuality Resource Center is holding the final event in its “The Art Of Relaxation” series this Thursday at 5:00 p.m. at the center in Hunt Union. Center personnel along with members of the Counseling Center will engage in different discussions and activities around stress management and relaxation. Attendees will make self-care kits and discussing what self care really means, its benefits, and how you can engage in it.
