Salvation Army Bell Ringing Campaign Underway Locally

The Salvation Army, located on River street in Oneonta, encourages all local residents to keep an eye out for the bell ringers out this holiday season.  The holiday campaign is the largest fund-raiser each year for the Salvation Army.  The organization does a great deal of good in our area and your donations are greatly welcome.

"Big Chuck" was out helping longtime Salvation Army bell ringer Lou Gage (pictured) in appealing for funds at the Price Chopper on Monday in Oneonta.  Lou has been volunteering to ring the bells each Christmas season for over 35 years!
