Middleburgh Woman Killed in Dump Truck Accident

State Police are investigating a fatal pedestrian accident that happened Tuesday in Middleburgh. Troopers responded to the intersection of Baker Avenue and Main Street and found that a 56-year-old woman identified as Terri Puchala of Middleburgh was struck by a dump truck owned by the town that was being used in snow removal operations. It’s not yet clear what led up to the accident.
