Sullivan Stepping Down As Otsego County Planning Dept. Director

Since 2013 Karen Sullivan, an Oneonta native has been the Otsego County Planning Department Director, taking over for Terry Bliss when he retired. She had previously served in that same department since 2006. According to AllOTSEGO, Sullivan has announced her retirement, which will happen at the end of this month.

Sullivan a SUNY Oneonta graduate with an additional degree in landscaping from Alfred University, went on to work in the Delaware County Planning Department before coming to work for Otsego County.
