The National Warplane Museum will be conducting a flyover in the Southern Tier on Saturday to salute medical personnel and essential workers who have served and continue to serve during the coronavirus pandemic. The Museum’s Douglas C-47 affectionately named “Whiskey-7” will be accompanied by a P-51 Mustang named “Mad Max. The planes will fly over the State Veteran’s Home in Oxford, UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital in Norwich and the Chenango County Airport at around 1:25 p.m.
