Sen. Seward to Receive “Distinguished Citizen” Award

State Senator James Seward will receive the 2020 Otsego Chamber of Commerce’s Distinguished Citizen Of The Year award during a ceremony in May at the Foothills Performing Arts Center. The Chamber began giving out the award nearly 20 years ago to citizens who’ve made a long-term impact on the region and have given back to the community through their professions. The Chamber is also honoring Custom Electronics as the NBT Bank Distinguished Business Of The Year.
