With over 100 cases of the coronavirus in New York Governor Andrew Cuomo declared a state of emergency on Saturday. That declaration allows for expedited staffing, purchasing necessary supplies, testing processes, and serving as many people as possible as fast as possible. The most cases are in Westchester County but so far none have been reported in Otsego, Chenango or Delaware Counties.
