Schenevus Fireman’s Carnival Starts Thursday

All are invited to enjoy family time at a long-running Otsego County event that raises needed funds for the Schenevus Fire Department: The Schenevus Firemen’s Carnival, July 18th,19th and 20th. Check out the highlights below...

• Nightly live entertainment
• Food vendors
• Thursday night features the Elk Creek Sky Divers and the Dirt Road Express Band from 7 to 11 pm.
• The Jason Wicks Band at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, followed by a great fireworks display at dusk.
• A Chinese Auction at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday with the drawings at 1:00 p.m.
• The Gala Parade at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, along with a chicken barbecue, then Sundown performs from 7:30 until 11:30pm.
• An antique merry-go-round and Ferris wheel and other midway rides
• A new Fire truck slide
• Parking and admission is free.
