Rome, NY Man Arrested in Otsego County

The Otsego County Sheriff’s Office announces the arrest of Schuyler Schmidt, 28, of Rome, NY following a check of the welfare complaint from the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office. Once located it was learned that there was an Arrest Warrant out of the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office. The defendant was arraigned in the Town of New Lisbon Court. He was then turned over to the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office.
