U.S. Representative Richard Hanna of the 22nd District has earned a perfect score from the National Education Association.

Hanna is one of just three Republicans in the house to receive an 'A' rating. NEA Director of Government Relations Mary Kaiser said Hanna has proven his commitment to students most in need of a strong voice in early education.

Rep. Hanna is co-sponsor of the 'Strong Start for America’s Children Act' which would improve access to the early learning opportunities that prepare children for kindergarten. He is also co-chair of the Congressional STEM Education Caucus.
