Pre-Register Now for 2020 Chenango County Rabies Clinic

Pre-registration is now open for the 2020 Chenango County Rabies Clinic at the Fairgrounds in Norwich.  The clinic will be on July 18, 2020 from 9:30 to 11:00 am.

As most people know, the NYS Public Health Rabies Law mandates all dogs, cats and domesticated ferrets must be immunized no later than 4 months of age and NYS Ag and Markets requires that all dogs must be licensed at 4 months of age.

As with any rabies clinic there are certain rules and regulations that must be adhered to.  This clinic will be drive-through for checking in, but animals will need to be removed to receive the vaccination.  Animals must be under owner's control at all times, you must bring previous vaccination records with you, you must pre-register, the driver and passengers must wear masks, as well as other precautions.  Visit www.co.chenango.ny.us for clinic day details..
