Oneonta’s Legendary Neptune Diner Now Almost a Memory! (VIDEO)

The now closed Neptune Diner is slowly fading into a memory.  Several retail stores will occupy the spot held by the venerable Oneonta landmark eatery once it is completely down and moved.
