NYSEG Parent Company Provides Eco-Development Aid

NYSEG parent company AVANGRID, Inc. announced it provided more than $8 million in economic development assistance in 2018 to nearly 100 businesses statewide. The company says these investments contributed to the creation or retention of more than 8,000 jobs. Assistance is provided for new construction, redevelopment and investment in distressed business corridors and districts. Program assistance is also offered for businesses to become more energy efficient.
