New Rear Seat Belt Law Goes in Effect Nov. 1

Effective November 1, 2020, the NYS Vehicle and Traffic Law now required that ALL back seat passengers in a motor vehicle be restrained by a safety belt or an appropriate child restraint system regardless of age.
