Otsego County Sheriff Says ‘Stealing Signs Is A Crime’
If you have any information leading to finding out who is responsible for stealing political signs in the Town of Pittsfield and Roseboom, the Otsego County Sheriff wants to talk to you.

The Sheriff’s Office is reporting several complaints about damaged and stolen political campaign signs. One vandalism complaint came in from County Highway 13 and Hawks Road in the Town of Pittsfield, while two were reported on Route 165 in the Town of Roseboom on two different days. Sheriff Richard J. Devlin, Jr. reminds the public that removing, altering, or defacing political signage is a crime under the New York State Penal Law.
