New Berlin Man Arrested After Hitting Infant

A 19-year-old New Berlin man faces charges from a domestic violence incident. Police say they were called to a County Road 49 home where the 9-1-1 called told them Lucian Decker had slapped and kicked an infant. Paramedics responded to treat the infant but did not hospitalize the child. Decker is charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child and a judge issued an order of protection on behalf of the victim.
