Hundreds Attend YMCA Turkey Trot

Hundreds turned out Sunday morning for the Norwich Family YMCA Turkey Trot.

The 31st annual event brought runners and walkers from across the region to take part in the 5k run through the City of Norwich. Shannon Garonsky, Health and Fitness Director at the Norwich YMCA noted that each year the weather seems to cooperate for the tradition.

Funds raised at the Turkey Trot 5k run go to fund the many YMCA programs that benefit the residents of Chenango County.
