Hartwick College has received a grant from the George I. Alden Trust of Worcester, Massachusetts, in the amount of $100,000.

The grant will be used toward the renovation of the Anderson Center for the Arts on the Hartwick College campus. As part of the studio upgrades, a new, more efficient air handling system with automated sensors will be installed. These new, intelligent systems will promote comfort while reducing costs.

This grant from the Alden Trust will enable Hartwick to continue to offer an exceptional liberal arts education in which the arts are a prominent and important component for all students.
