Business Charged in Underage Alcohol Sales Initiative

New York State Police released the results of an underage drinking enforcement initiative conducted in Otsego County on Tuesday. A total of 14 businesses were visited including ones in Cooperstown, Fly Creek, Hartwick, Oneonta, Richfield Springs and Schuyler Lake. One of the 14 businesses sold alcohol to the underage agent and that employee was issued an appearance ticket for Prohibited Sale to a Person Under the Age of 21 in Town of Exeter Court.
