Glimmerglass Festival Cancels 2020 Season

The Glimmerglass Festival Board of Trustees announced the cancellation of all live performances this year as a result of the coronavirus outbreak. The Board says it took this action for the health and safety of the company and community. There are dozens of events held during the summer festival season and the board is now looking at ways to move the festival online so people can in their words “come together around song and story — without coming together in person.”
