The Otsego County Office for the Aging is observing “Older Americans Month” by recognizing the contributions of two long-time volunteers. Diane Koffer of Cooperstown supports activities for Veterans and active-duty military, school events and fundraising along with sharing her love of cooking and baking. Tom Landon of Oneonta gives back to the community by visiting area hospitals with his beloved dog, Poppy, who is a Certified Therapy Dog. The two will receive awards this fall.
