First SUNY “Rags to Rainbows” Pop-Up Thrift Event a Success

The organizers of SUNY Oneonta’s “From Rags to Rainbows” Inclusive Pop-Up Thrift Shop that was held last month say the inaugural event welcomed over 70 members of the campus and local community. It was a collaboration between the Gender and Sexuality Resource Center, Red Closet Thrift Shop, Office of Sustainability, and Otsego Pride Alliance. The proceeds were put into the Sustainability Scholarship fund for students that demonstrate dedication to sustainable efforts and initiatives.
