Deposit Man Sentenced in Drug Plea Deal

One of the two people indicted in a December drug bust in Deposit is sentenced after taking a plea deal. Prosecutors say 36-year-old Marlon Graham and 30-year-old Johnnah DeGraw knowingly and unlawfully possessed fentanyl, heroin, and methamphetamine, with intent to sell it. Last Thursday Graham was sentenced to 15. There’s been no word on when DeGraw’s trial will begin. Both are still facing federal charges.
