Delaware Sheriffs Receive K-9 Gifts and Officer Ozzie Memorial

The Delaware County Sheriff’s Office annonunced that it recently received donations and gifts for its K-9 program. Clark Companies of Delhi presented a $5,000 donation while Forno Enterprises of Trout Creek made a $1,000 contribution. David Viele crafted a desk set with the Sheriff’s Office K-9 police vehicle along with a scaled German Shepherd replica and 6th Grader Gabriella Fitch created a collage featuring K-9 Ozzie who died in April from health issues.  K-9 Officer Ozzie is pictured above with his handler Major John Demeo.
