Otsego County Offering Free Rapid HIV Testing This Week

The Otsego County Department of Health has announced that Family Planning of South Central New York is offering free, rapid HIV testing now through this Friday, June 26. The testing is in observance of National HIV Testing Day on June 27.

Testing is available at centers in Oneonta on Dietz St. and in Norwich on Cortland St. The Sidney center on Pleasant St. is offering testing today only. Results take only minutes and are 100% confidential.
